This specimen is a unique genesis of galena perimorphing pyrite, which pseudomorphed pyrrhotite. accents of late-stage dolomite and sphalerite are also present. Close examination of matrix edge reveals the story of genesis. This old time specimen displays wonderfully, and meets the criteria for many collection type.
